Fereydoun Hormozdiari

Fereydoun brings extensive research experience in computational biology and bioinformatics to his role as Director of Computational Biology and Algorithms at Exai. He holds an associate professor position at the University of California, Davis, where his research is focused on developing computational methods for studying genomics of complex disorders. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Washington, Seattle, where he studied impact structural variants and rare variants in human genomes. Fereydoun has a Ph.D. degree and a master’s degree in computing science from Simon Fraser University, Canada.
